1. The Exploring Stay

Each listed room is offered through Exploring Rooms for a fixed 2-night trial stay. The price offered for this stay must be at least 15% below both your public rate and your member rate for the same room.

2. Commission-Free Period

You pay no commission on your first 10 confirmed exploring reservations (20 nights), or for your first 6 months on the platform — whichever comes first.

3. Commission

Once you pass 20 nights, or your first 6 months elapse (whichever is first), a 5% commission applies to every further confirmed reservation. If you would rather not continue on these terms once the grace period ends, you may request to be unlisted and your data removed from active listings.

4. Payments

Clients pay you directly through the payment link you provide in your profile. Exploring Rooms never collects or holds guest funds — we invoice you separately for commission owed.

5. Reservation Management

You are responsible for confirming, cancelling and refunding reservations made through the platform, and for honoring the price and room shown to the guest at time of booking.

6. Room Cap

The platform may set a limit on how many rooms you can list as active for exploring stays at any time, adjustable by the platform as needed.

7. Data Use

Photos and information you upload are used solely to present your listing to prospective guests.
